Information we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the information you provide (such as name, email, and message). Studio admin data about clients and projects is stored in our secure database and is not published unless you agree to a portfolio listing.
How we use information
We use contact submissions to respond to enquiries and discuss potential work. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Data retention and deletion
Records removed in our studio admin are soft-deleted first. After 30 days, a scheduled purge permanently deletes those records from our systems. This retention window allows recovery from accidental deletion while limiting how long deleted data is kept.
Your rights
Under applicable privacy law (including POPIA where relevant), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
Security
We use industry-standard hosting, encrypted connections, and access controls for studio data. Public pages only expose portfolio projects marked as published.
